MMG's approach is to collaborate closely with clients, to
offer customised services and to be flexible over remuneration terms
when growing successful businesses.
APPROACH
MMG works with clients to fully understand their needs and aspirations,
identify the services and skills required, then specifically tailor
programmes and assign appropriately qualified Advisors to work with
the management team.
Typical MMG assignments include the development of business strategy,
analysis of management problems, improvement of operational productivity,
the raising of venture capital, and the recruitment and coaching
of key executives on the management team.
ENGAGEMENT
MMG invites inquiries, either by e-mail, fax or phone setting out
the situation and issues to be addressed.
Enquiries are treated confidentially with all staff being bound
by non-disclosure agreements.
Meta Managements' Advisory Board will promptly evaluate enquiries,
assess where MMG can add value, then invite the client to discuss
their requirements.
Following an initial assessment of the situation with the client,
an Advisor with the appropriate skills and experience is assigned.
A detailed assignment plan is developed, MMG and client roles and
responsibilities are agreed, then a fully costed proposal compiled.
At key milestones assignments are reviewed with Meta Management
Advisory Board who will assess progress, evaluate outputs, and provide
insights and guidance for the client.

PAYMENT
Meta Management seeks to negotiate a reasonable remuneration appropriate
for the services provided. Payment terms are flexible commensurate
with the business's stage of evolution.
The form of remuneration and timing of payments are always agreed
and documented with the client . Options include a fixed fee for
a defined deliverable, unit rate charges for time spent, a percentage
success fee of funds raised, or earning an equity stake in the business.
Initial discussions are always free and no charges are incurred
until a written work-plan has been agreed.
